Registered. Jan 28, 2022. #3. Looks like the base is broken or a part of it snapped off. Interesting that it has an oil hole in the centre of where you would thing a flat belt might run. This make me think it has been made to be a grinder now but was not before the broken bracket as the oil holes are usually associated with a white metal bearing.
